THE FLOURISH AND FLOW METHOD COACHING PROGRAM AGREEMENT

This agreement ("Agreement") is made between Elizabeth Neal ("Coach") and the undersigned participant ("Client"). By checking the Terms & Conditions box above, Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined herein.

Commitment & Participation

Client acknowledges that The Flourish & Flow Method coaching program ("Program") requires a six-month commitment. To foster a productive and respectful coaching environment, Client agrees to:

1. Commit to the full six-month duration and make a sincere effort to attend all scheduled sessions.

2. Be punctual and stay for the entire session unless prior communication with Coach is made.

3. Notify Coach in advance if unable to attend or expecting to be late for a session.

4. Take full responsibility for their personal experience and growth in the Program.

5. Engage in deepening practices for integration of the work to the best of their ability.

6. Honor the integrity of the Program’s materials by not copying, sharing, or reproducing content without express permission and proper credit.

7. Maintain confidentiality regarding the names, experiences, and discussions of other participants in the Program.

8. Fulfill the full financial commitment as agreed, regardless of attendance or completion. Client understands that missed sessions do not qualify for refunds, and the full agreed payment is required even if the Program is not completed.

9. Acknowledge that this Program is not psychotherapy and does not diagnose, treat, or address medical or psychological conditions.

Disclaimer & Release of Liability

Client understands and agrees that:

• The Coach and The Flourish & Flow Method coaching program shall not be held liable for any damages, whether assumed or actual, occurring at any time.

• The Program is a pioneering field, and all training is provided in good faith with adherence to the highest known safety standards and best practices.

• The Client voluntarily participates in the Program and assumes full responsibility for any emotional, mental, spiritual, physical, or financial outcomes related to their participation.

• Client, and any persons acting on their behalf, waives all claims and agrees to hold harmless Elizabeth Neal, The Flourish & Flow Method coaching program, and its affiliates from any liability or damages arising from participation.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By checking the Terms & Conditions box above, Client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. Client acknowledges their responsibility for full payment, regardless of completion, and releases the Coach and Program from any claims of liability.
