THE CLARITY CATALYST COACHING AGREEMENT

This Coaching Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Elizabeth Neal ("Coach") and the undersigned participant ("Client"). By checking the Terms & Conditions box above, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Service Description & Commitment

Client is purchasing a 90-minute private coaching session ("Session") under The Clarity Catalyst program. The Session is designed to provide clarity on a specific motherhood-related challenge and includes:

• A deep-dive discussion to identify and address the Client’s primary concern.

• A personalized action plan with tailored next steps.

• A follow-up email summarizing key takeaways and providing relevant resources.

• The total cost for the Session is $249, payable in full at the time of booking.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

1. Rescheduling: Client may reschedule the Session with at least 24 hours' notice by contacting Coach directly. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to forfeiture of the Session without refund.

2. Cancellations & Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds will be provided once the Session is booked. If Client fails to attend the scheduled Session, no rescheduling or refund will be offered.

Client Responsibilities

By participating in this coaching Session, Client agrees to:

• Attend the Session on time and fully engage in the process.

• Take personal responsibility for implementing the insights and strategies provided.

• Understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on Client’s commitment to action.

Disclaimer & Release of Liability

Client acknowledges and agrees that:

• The Coach is not a licensed medical, legal, or psychological professional. This Session does not provide medical, legal, or psychological advice and is not a substitute for professional services.

• Client assumes full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken based on the coaching received.

• The Coach shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the Session.

• Client releases and waives all claims against Coach, The Clarity Catalyst coaching program, and its affiliates arising from participation in the Session.
